Danielle, has a highly highly intuitive psychic ability with the Tarot readings. She is a conduit for Source energy and can detail present circumstances, obstacles among your path and within your own growth. Very detailed; asking for clarity with obscure meanings clearly stating her intentions to source pulling cards until clarity is obtained. Sacred Spirit Lightwork is a professional healing service providing Reiki Therapy, Reiki Crystal Healing sessions and intuitive Oracle & Tarot readings both in person and distance via Zoom. I also offer energy clearing for home or office spaces for local residents. Located in beautiful Crestone, Colorado at the foot of the Sangre De Cristo mountains, this healing space is really amplified and sure to recharge your spirit. About the Practitioner

My name is Danielle Groth and I am a Reiki practitioner, Crystal Healer and Intuitive.  I came to this work through my own healing journey dealing with Lupus, PTSD and depression by using these practices and healing techniques on myself along with diet, yoga and many other therapies, therapists and healers that have helped me. I am self taught in Tarot and have been reading cards since 2002. What Is Lightwork?

Lightwork is a term used to describe various healing modalities that manipulate the subtle energy body, or light body. Working with subtle energy is seen as working with light, as everything is made of light. This is where the term Lightwork comes from. 

Sacred Space & Setting Intention

Sacred space is an area set aside for prayer and healing work that has been energetically cleansed and purified.  This space is also set with healing intention and energy through the use of Reiki and crystals. All healing sessions are done in sacred space set aside for the purpose of prayer, meditation and healing work. 

Preparation & What to Expect

It is a good idea to make sure you have eaten and are well hydrated before a healing session. Even better if you can take some time to relax and meditate before hand, but this is not necessary. Receiving a healing session is very deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. The methods that I use in my healing work are all hands off with the exception of placing the stones on the body. I use a variety of methods to sense and clear energy blockages, increasing the flow and coherency of subtle energy through the chakras. This in turn brings greater health and well being to body, mind and spirit.

Grounding, Hydration & Self-Care

Staying grounded is a very important aspect of healing work with crystals. I use grounding stones to achieve this during healing sessions. An easy way to ground yourself anytime is to put bare feet to earth or bare skin to a tree. This is a practice called Earthing and there is ample science behind the health benefits. Extra hydration is always needed when receiving any kind of healing work because as the energies are stimulated to move, so is the body's own processes. This initiates detoxing and cleansing of the body as well as the emotions./The extra intake of water will help to flush out toxins and help with the release of emotions. 

Self-care as a daily practice is vital to any healing process, being mindful of what we feed our body, mind and spirit. Reiki and Crystal Healing are wonderful healing supports if used with a comprehensive holistic lifestyle approach to healing. It is empowering to take responsibility for your health, your body and the journey of healing that you will embark on.
